ORDER FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING
Thank you for shopping with us. This page is intended to educate each of our customers on what your options are when it comes to receiving your order. We currently offer shipping through the service of USPS to the 50 U.S. states, but at this time we do not ship to Canada, Mexico or any other international location outside of the U.S. If you need shipping to a U.S. territory, please enter your shipping information into your personal account area and proceed to the shopping cart. Once you follow the steps given in the shopping basket you will be given a shipping option, AT ANY TIME THAT YOU ONLY SEE "LOCAL PICKUP" as a shipping option, this means that we do not ship to your location. Do NOT proceed with your order payment, as we cannot complete your request and refunds cannot be guaranteed. You can easily remove the item(s) from your shopping cart to cancel your request. If payment is not received for any order, the order will not be fulfilled.


LOCAL PICKUP
If you are in the Wichita area and would like to save the cost of shipping your items, please select the Local Pickup option, which is free if orders are picked up within a timely manner, to be determined by the store manager. In order to collect your items, you will need to visit the Ark Church main office at 5501 N Maize Road, where you can provide your order information to our staff. Items are usually available during normal business hours, which are posted on our website at www.arkchurchwichita.com or you can call (316) 721-6688 for more details.

BEFORE YOU PICK UP YOUR ITEMS
Before you will be able to pickup any online orders, you MUST call the church offices and speak with a store representative, whom you can give advance notice of your planned visit to, including the time/date you wish the come by. This is required so we may serve you in a timely manner, as well as to be sure that our offices are not closed for any holidays, special events, or during other periods. You can reach us by phone at (316) 721-6688. If you are unable to reach a staff member who can assist with online purchases, please try again and do not make the trip until you have confirmed it with us. We cannot guarantee that a store staff member will always be on site, so please help us ensure you receive the best service by calling in advance.


USPS - The United States Postal Service (U.S. Postal Service)
In order to provide flexible and economical choices, we offer the services of USPS for shipping online orders made through this website. During your order process you may select from one of the following options in order to receive your items by mail. We have outlined each of the services to help you best understand how each will work for your individual needs.

Option 1: Media Mail
Media Mail is used for books, film, printed music, sound recordings, loose-leaf pages and binders, DVDs, videotapes, and computer-recorded media like Cd's and diskettes.

The advantage to Media Mail is the cost. In most cases, this type of shipment typically cost less, but it is limited to smaller items and is shipped by truck, so it may take longer to reach your location. If you've ever encountered 'free shipping' or 'budget mail' offers, this is normally where they use Media Mail to save on shipping items free or at lower fees.

If you are ordering multiple media items, this may not be the best choice for you.

Option 2: Priority Mail (Regular/Medium Flat-Rate Boxes)
Priority Mail service offers two- to three-day service to most domestic destinations. Priority Mail Regular/Medium Flat-Rate Boxes are usually one low price to U.S. destinations, regardless of the actual weight of the piece. This option is usually great for any size order, however exceptions do exist on a case-by-case scenario.


DELIVERY TIMES
While it is our goal to process and fulfill each order in a quick and efficient manner, sometimes there are things that are outside of our control that could create delays. Here are a few examples of what could cause a delay in your order fulfillment:

  1. Orders being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may incur additional delays due to the range of travel required to deliver packages.

  2. If you pay with a debit/credit card or PayPal account that has insufficient funds, we cannot complete the order until full payment has been received.

  3. If you reach the PayPal payment page, but fail to Submit the order form, we will not receive payment and your order will be incomplete.

  4. If you load your shopping cart with items and then leave your computer for an extended period of time or log out of the website without completing the purchase and payment, your browser may clear the cookies which are the files that browsers use to remember what is in your shopping cart. If this happens, you will simply need to add the items to the cart once again.

  5. If you accidentally provide incorrect data for mailing address or contact information, your order could be lost in the mail system or may not be shipped at all. If we need to speak with you by phone or email and the information in your account was out of date or incorrect, your order may be paused or canceled until further contact is possible.

  6. If your order is placed after hours or during a weekend or holiday, there may be a delay in processing your order. Please consider this when placing your order and know that we will complete your request as soon as possible.

  7. Ark Church, Inc. cannot be held liable for floods, natural disasters, or any other act of God which may cause a delay in delivery. The postal delivery systems have procedures to avoid areas affected by this type of situation, however some cases are out of their control as well.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the delivery time of any package and Media Mail does not normally come with tracking numbers. Once we provide the package to the postal service, it is out of our control as to when it will arrive.

A FEW COMMON QUESTIONS

Can I make a change to my Internet order?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to Internet orders once they are submitted.

Can I cancel the Internet order I just placed?
Depending on when it is received, Internet orders are usually processed the following business day. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel the order. Please call (316) 721-6688 to cancel.

Can I receive a bulk discount?
Due to the array of resources we carry, we are unable to offer bulk discounts across the board. However, we do consider bulk discounts upon request. If you would like us to consider a bulk discount, please send your request with detailed information using our contact form.

I just received my package, but it is either missing something or it isn't what I ordered.
Check the invoice that came with your package to make sure the information is correct and that nothing is on backorder or had to be sent in a different package or from an alternate distribution center. If something is missing or a product came that wasn't ordered, please call (316) 721-6688, and we will look into the issue.

The resource that I ordered is damaged or defective.
We are more than happy to investigate each of your concerns. Please call (316) 721-6688 with information about the defective item and we will look into this for you.

Can I send in a check instead of using a credit card?
At this time we only accept payment by Debit/Credit Card or through your PayPal account. Using a PayPal account you can set up your account to deduct purchases from a checking account of your choice.
